After making his private house in Dilijan available to the Museum of Folk Art, Sharambeyan did not have a home of his own in the city for a long time. Later, he was allocated a small one-room apartment at 97 Kalinin Street. Kalinin Street was one of the most picturesque parts of old Dilijan, with its traditional houses, intricately carved wooden balconies, and distinctive charm. This environment was close to Sharambeyan’s heart and frequently appeared in his works.
